Grant Wood’s home and studio are located minutes from Cottage Grove Place. Grant Wood’s home from 1924-1935 was right next to the studio.

Usher’s Ferry – 17 minute drive, 7.5 miles

Features 9 historic houses and depicts what it was like to live in small town Iowa between 1890 and 1910.

The Amana Colonies – 30 minute drive, 24.6 miles
