Skilled Nursing & Memory Care
Whether it is short term rehabilitation from a hip replacement, or long-term health care needs, skilled nursing care and memory care services are provided at The Oaks. Licensed nurses, aides and other competent, experienced professionals provide care around the clock in a supportive and comfortable environment. Lifecare residents receive skilled nursing services at the cost of just two additional meals per day, and memory care services are provided at a moderate additional fee, per the terms of their residency agreement. Skilled nursing and memory care are available to the general public on a private pay or Medicare basis.
Skilled Nursing Care
Professional nursing services are provided in a state-of-the art health center, constructed in 2004. Private and semi-private rooms feature ample storage. Each room has a private bathroom with safety features. Our on-site physical therapy department features a spacious physical therapy room featuring all the equipment needed for rehabilitation. Outdoor patios and a screen porch provide access to an expansive landscaped lawn and courtyard.
Daily services include:
- Three daily meals served in the dining room or in-room as needed. Special diets are accommodated as needed.
- 24-hour nursing care with supervision of a licensed nurse

Memory care
Licensed memory care services provide advanced health care and supportive services by specially trained staff for those who need personalized care in a secure environment due to memory loss. Twelve private rooms can be personalized with a favorite chair, photographs and other décor that makes each individual feel at home.
