Cottage Grove Place has been the premier continuing care retirement community in Cedar Rapids since 1996. We're managed by Life Care Services, LLC (LCS) based in Des Moines, Iowa. LCS is recognized as the nation's leader in the management and development of continuing care and lifecare communities. LCS is the largest employee-owned company in the senior living industry, and has been actively involved in the planning, development or management of more than 180 retirement communities nationwide. More than 46,000 residents have chosen to live in an LCS community over the past 40 years.
