The Commons contains 135 one- and two-bedroom apartments for independent living, with additional rooms dedicated to activities and entertainment. An underground concourse connects these residences to Commons East, which contains an additional 31 independent living apartments. The Oaks (connected to Commons East) features 19 certified assisted living apartments, a 40-bed skilled nursing center and a 12-bed low-stimulus area in The Gardens that's most suitable for residents with Alzheimer's or other age-related dementia.

Choosing lifecare is also a solid financial decision. Your entrance fee is up to 75% refundable, so your assets won’t be depleted to pay for the costs of long-term care.
